Custom Ring Design Fee
This fee covers the creation of a personalized ring design based on your preferred gemstone, stone size, ring width, metal color, and other custom details.
After payment, our designer will create a custom design rendering for your review. We will communicate with you to confirm the details and make reasonable adjustments before production.
Please note:

This payment is for the design service only and does not include the cost of the finished ring.

Once the design is confirmed, we will provide the final ring price.

The remaining balance must be paid before production begins.

As the design service is customized specifically for you, the design fee is non-refundable once the design work has started.

Every piece of jewelry will be shipped within 2-4 weeks including a beautiful gift box after cleared payment is received. It normally takes 1-6 days for delivery after shipment. As soon as I saw this ring, I fell in love, and thankfully when I received it today, it was of the fantastic quality. I had hoped it would be mint condition packaged well polished, and fit. Perfect I was so pleased. I went back on the website and purchased another ring in gold with a tourmaline gem. I literally want a a ring of every color. I worked with customer service at Eglane to customize this ring to my preference and switch out the wedding band cage to the one I wanted for her as well. It took a few weeks to arrive so plan ahead for that, but the ring arrived in beautiful condition and we couldn't be happier. I surprised her with it the day after it arrived and she cried tears of happiness with how beautiful it was. It is exactly her style, and was the perfect proposal piece. Thanks for all the help!
